Short answer
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen. Which screen depends on your system — Enphase and SolarEdge are separate companies with separate accounts, and a password for one won't work on the other.
Enphase systems
- Open the Enphase app, or go to enlighten.enphaseenergy.com.
- Tap Forgot password? on the login screen.
- Enter the email the account was set up with — usually the one you gave us at installation.
- Follow the link Enphase emails you.
SolarEdge systems
- Open mySolarEdge, or go to monitoring.solaredge.com.
- Click Forgot your password?
- Enter your account email address.
- Follow the reset link SolarEdge emails you.
Can't face resetting it? Enlighten also offers Sign in via code on the login page — it emails you a one-time code instead of asking for a password. Handy if you only need to check something once.
If the reset email never arrives
- Check spam. These get filtered often.
- Try a different email address. Accounts are frequently set up with a work address, a partner's address, or an old one. If someone else handled the installation paperwork, try theirs.
- You may not have an account yet. Having solar doesn't automatically mean a monitoring login was created and activated. If you've never logged in, there may be nothing to reset.
- You may have bought the house with the system. If the account is still in the previous owner's name a reset won't help — it needs transferring. See Selling your home with solar, or call us.
Still locked out?
Get in touch. We can see your system from our end and in most cases sort out account access without a visit. Your Site ID helps, but we can look you up by address.

Submit a service request online — and if you have your Site ID handy, include it. It lets us pull up your system before we call you back, which usually saves a round trip.
How soon will someone come out? When a visit is needed, we're typically scheduling about two weeks out. That's a typical case rather than a promise — how far you are from us, how full the schedule is that month, and whether a part has to come from Enphase or SolarEdge all move it. If something is urgent or unsafe, tell us when you get in touch and we'll treat it differently.
